WEEK 10- PAHSE 1
PHASE 3 IS THE MOST DIFFICULT TASK AS WE HAVE LIMITED BUDGET BUT WE NEED A LORRY TO TRANSPORT ALL THE DONATED FURNITURE AND FUN AID.
A LORRY COST RM 400 IS TOO MUCH. SO AFTER DISCUSSING WITH MY GROUP MATE WE DECIDED TO TRANSPORT THE FURNITURE USING MY GROUPMATE'S HILUX AND USING MY CAR TO TRANSPORT SOME OF THE FUN AID .
ALTHOUGH WE ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO GO WHEN PAHSE 3 BUT WE ARE WIILING TO HELP JUST TO MAKE SURE THE FURNITURE HAVE BEEN TRANSPORT TO SITE WITH LIMITED BUDEGT.
WEEK 12-PHASE 3
BEFORE LAUNCHING DAY, THE DESIGN OF THE BANNER HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AND SEND TO PRINTING SHOP.

REFLECTION
This is my first time to take part of the helper in such a big project. During the launching day,as i saw the out come of the library after renovation i am so proud of everyone who really work hard to renovate the mini library. Although i am not taking part to paint or clean the floor, the things that our group have done is actually all about logistic.We are working as the backstage. In fact,working together with about 100 people is not easy, communication is the most important. It is challenging when we need to arrange all the transportation for the students and furniture. Not only that, buying food is not so easy too. I still remember that i bought seafood fired rice during phase1 but i didn't alert there is a Indian girl who has seafood allergic. This small and detail things told me that I need to think more before do a decision.
Every things are rushing, set up furniture, arrange books.... At the same time, our group are also creating an E-book for the orang asli kids to study. I never do this before. We nee dot study the kids education level and choose the most suitable content for them. We also learn to do gif to make the story more interesting. I still can remember that time when my groupmate and I did the compilation until 4am and finally it work. The progression is very tiring but when it is succesful, all the time and energy we spend are worth.
After this module, I deeply feel that happiness lie in rendering help to others. I am so happy that I have a chance to enjoying in this community service in the way that to do renovation of a building which is related to my studies. I learned a lot of things in this project and i love the experience in addition we are helping people at the same time. I hope our hard work will be appreciate by the kids and i hopes the library will chance their life by reading.
